Double Guarantee.
a. Licensor guarantees that the Licensee will achieve profitability within seven (7) days of the activation of the FAST AI on the Licensee’s trading account, based on the starting balance of the account, excluding any broker or miscellaneous fees. If this condition is not met, the Licensee may request a refund of the License Fee. If the Licensee achieves profitability within the seven (7) days, no refund will be granted.
b. Additionally, Licensor guarantees that if the Licensee does not recover the full License Fee within twelve (12) months, the Licensee may request a refund of the difference between the recovered amount and the License Fee, subject to the conditions specified herein. This is not a refund of the full License Fee but a refund of the difference. For example, if the Licensee recovers $19,000, Licensor will refund the remaining $1,000.
c. Conditions for the twelve (12) month guarantee: To qualify for the refund guarantee provided in subsection (b), the Licensee must:
i. Make an initial minimum deposit equal to, or greater than your license fee of Twenty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($20,000 USD) into their Forex Brokerage Account.
ii. Refrain from making any withdrawals from the Forex Brokerage Account during the twelve (12) month period.
