Completing Your KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

To fully activate your Dart account, you’ll need to complete KYC verification. This process ensures both security and compliance while using the platform.

Step 1: Access KYC Settings

1. Click your name in the top right corner of the Dart dashboard.
2. Select “Profile” from the dropdown menu.
3. Click “KYC Settings” on the left-hand side.

Step 2: Submit Your Identity Verification

1. Select your country of residence from the dropdown menu.
2. Choose your identity document (it’s best to use the same one from your signup process).

Step 3: Upload Your ID (Easier on Mobile)

1. Click “Continue on Phone” to generate a QR code.
2. Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera.
3. Take a clear photo of your identity document and upload it.
4. If needed, you can delete and retake the photo by clicking the trash can icon.
5. Follow any remaining prompts to complete the process.

Step 4: Verification & Next Steps

• Your KYC verification will be processed instantly.
• Once approved, you’ll have full access to all Dart account features.
