We understand that circumstances may arise where you may have questions regarding refunds. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. No Refund Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FN Capital does not offer refunds for the purchase of our FAST AI software license. All sales are final. By purchasing our software, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Double Guarantee Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While we do not offer refunds, we do provide a double guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in our software. Our double guarantee consists of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Seven-Day Satisfaction Guarantee<\/strong>: We guarantee that the FAST AI software will achieve profitability within seven (7) days of activation based on the starting balance of your account, excluding any broker or miscellaneous fees. If this condition is not met, you may request a refund of the License Fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Twelve-Month Performance Guarantee<\/strong>: If the FAST AI software does not recover the full License Fee within twelve (12) months from the date of activation, you may request a refund of the difference between the recovered amount and the License Fee. This is not a refund of the full License Fee but a refund of the difference. For example, if the software recovers $19,000, we will refund the remaining $1,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Conditions for Double Guarantee:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Seven-Day Satisfaction Guarantee<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The request must be made within seven (7) days from the date of activation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The software must not have generated any profits during this period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Twelve-Month Performance Guarantee<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must make an initial minimum deposit equal to or greater than your license fee of Twenty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($20,000 USD) into your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No withdrawals must be made from the account during the twelve (12) month period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. How to Request a Refund Under the Double Guarantee:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To request a refund under the double guarantee policy, please contact our customer support team at <a>support@fncapital.io<\/a> with your detailed request and any supporting documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Changes to the Refund Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FN Capital reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time.
